It happened on Tuesday, July 25 near the B/C baggage claim area, PHL staffers confirmed.
In a video obtained by 6abc, the animal is seen to suddenly appear on a luggage carousel and scurrying about.
PHL said the errant raccoon hasn't been seen since the Tuesday incident, and speculated he "returned to the open fields that surround the airport."
